A great “anytime” tea, this exclusive to Yunnan white tea is both light and delicate, but with a wild spirit. An early vegetal taste develops into a subtle sweetness with subsequent brewings. Drink it now, or store it for the future, as this is a white tea that is particularly suitable for aging.

Beautiful, unique, and delicious! This tea has a strong, sweet, clover honey aroma with hints of bread yeast and a forest floor. On first steep (186F, 10sec), the liquid was nearly clear and had a full, rich flavor with notes of wheat bread. With the second steep (180F, 15 sec), it retained that grainy scent, and a sweetness started to show. The 3rd and 4th steeps (both at 190F for 30 sec) are where its true character starts to show, with a full intensity wheat-y malt-y scent, a mouth-filling aroma, an intense, sweet flavor. This tea also has a unique color, which seems to change from clear to olive brown if left to sit for more than a few minutes.
