Tea isn’t always picturesque mountains and manicured shrubs. For most of us it’s daily life, but nowhere is this more on display than in the streets of Chaozhou.

Each of these photos was taken during our various trips to Chaozhou. Since our first visit in 2016 we’ve always been fascinated with how interwoven gongfu tea is with daily life for just about everyone in the town. Regardless of profession, social class or physical space, there is always a Chaozhou style tea set in sight.
