With no shortage of excellent ceramics coming out of Jingdezhen, glass teaware that truly stands out is much more uncommon. Produced by a pair of former glass blowing majors based in Jingdezhen, the commissioned pieces in this series are entirely handmade, and feature a unique appearance and organic feel.

From the very start of this studio, they rejected the idea of making standard commercial pieces, instead operating with the goal of making functional art. Based on this and that they are avid tea drinkers themselves, we knew we found our people.

The effect in the glass is the result of a technique they developed themselves, incorporating real silver in the blowing process.

Due to being handmade/blown, size and appearance may vary from one piece to another. We ask you to please embrace the unique nature of each piece.
