Made from certified organic 2nd grade Simao material and stored in Puer since 2018, this shou has had time to develop a nice aged quality. A baked-in sweetness leads, with a slight earthiness that stays clean throughout.

A little woodiness comes through alongside herbal notes, providing more depth as the session goes on. This is a good way to enjoy shou with a few years of storage behind it, without paying a premium for age.
