Description
This set brings together all three Giant Cookie cakes, each pressed from organic Simao material of a different leaf grade. Drinking them side by side is the most direct way to taste what leaf grade does to a shou.
Although the material is the same, these teas span 2nd, 1st and premium (gongting) leaf grades (sizes), produced/fermented in 2018, 2025 and 2021 respectively. The results are 3 very distinctive teas, which offer a range of flavours from woody, to notes of chocolate, to a sweet and bright fruitiness.
Each purchase includes one 100g cake of each tea.
