Made entirely from certified organic gongting grade Simao material, this 2021 shou consists entirely of the smallest, most tender leaves in this series. The tips bring a clear sweetness to the cup, with fruit notes coming forward more readily than you would expect from a ripe puer.

This is the most fragrant of the three, with a brighter, more delicate character overall. Aroma and sweetness are the highlights, which makes this an elegant shou that still has plenty going on.
