All Day Breakfast 2024 Spring Fengqing Sun Dried Black Tea

$3.50$89.00

Description

This sun dried black tea (shaihong) offers big taste for any budget. It offers a pleasant caramel sweetness up front, followed by notes of stone fruit and even a slight floral quality.

Unlike traditional black teas, shaihong/sun dried black teas can be a little less up front with their fragrance at first, but continue to develop over time, making them suitable for storing up to 2 years or more. These teas also have a bit more to offer in terms of texture, mouthfeel, and aftertaste, as this tea demonstrates quite well.

Although very much a budget friendly tea, this cake has plenty to offer while still fulfilling its duty as a solid daily drinker.

This one is kinda funny. Tastes very much like a classic English breakfast tea. Definitely a good quality one, but that’s really all there is to the taste. Enjoyable to drink, but not interesting.

The fruity side really reminds me of breakfast! I feel like anything is possible: positivity and motivation. Simply, without complexes > daily drinker
//Smell: Dried raisins, diluted orange juice, sweet dessert-bread, flowery cold wind, orange zest, sour orange candy
//Texture: Warm under the tongue, cold teeth, medium texture, coating in the upper cheeks, saliva disappearing
//Taste: Orange caramel, raisin bread, diluted orange juice, warm spices
//Body sensation: Refreshing, simple, joyful, good mood, forehead a little heavier, pulse very discreet

This tea is easy drinking and great as a daily sipper, it reminds me of british teabag tea, but has non of the astringency and alot more clarity of taste.
i enjoy this tea grandpa style in a large thermos, even after hours of steeping, its still has sweetness and no bitterness.

Malt, sweet, slightly fruity. A very solid black tea that will fill a spot in your collection you didn’t know was empty.

Enjoyable hot, amazing iced. Insanely flexible for mixed drinks.

Ice it up and serve it with 3-5 parts to one of sprite.

Muddle fresh ginger, orange and lemon with sugar and serve with a shot of gin and club soda.

    Really good tea.

This is a really excellent tea for the price. After one year it seems to have settled in and has surprising sweetness. I’m curious how it will continue to age but I don’t think my cake will last much longer!
