Each biscuit delivers a classic Milanxiang experience, with notable florals leading the way, a honey scent behind them, and the sweetness this popular varietal is known for.
Most of all, we’re pleased to say that this year’s pressing has improved significantly on the ’25 version. With fewer broken leaves, a smoother brew, and less bitterness, this tea is considerably more resilient when brewing.
We still recommend keeping the early infusions quick, but past that this is an easy one to manage. This is a much more approachable tea than the version that came before it, and much more enjoyable because of it.

I give 4.1
I would have given 3 since milan is my favourite dancong and has high potential.
But this tea is priced not priced like othe dancongs and at fraction of the price it offers what you’d expect. It is very well priced.
For me however dancong is something i have every now and then and i like the more refined teas.
As for flavour it is reminiscent of milan with very little bitterness but flavour is also on the shallower end.
Compared to other teas at this range it is actually pretty nice daily drinker.
