Description
Made from 2020 Fuding shoumei grade material, this tea is an extremely flexible and portable option to brew at home or on the go. Affordable and sweet, this tea offers an uncomplicated experience in a compact package.
If brewing gongfu style, we recommend allowing for an extended first brew of up to 1 minute or an additional rinse to allow the tea to open up. After several brews, you may want to boil the leaves for several minutes (refilling with water as needed) to extract the most from these little fellas.
This is also a great tea to throw in a thermos and refill while you’re out, maintaining plenty of flavour and never getting too bitter. Cold brewing is another great option.
Each little mountain is ~4-6g in weight. The size options below are minimums, and may contain a few grams extra.

That is the most satisfying white tea I’ve head. It’s a balm for the soul, it’s just right, wholesome, I don’t perceive it in tasting notes, but rather as a vibe. Yes, as a slightly aged white it has honey notes, something herbal, but no white I’ve had had those in those perfect proportions. It is an evening feel good brew, for when you need a hug but there’s no one to hug. Or you’re not a touchy type. Yes, and I’m writing this review when it’s already out of stock and I have maybe 150g left from my 500g bag. I’ve managed to be a good person and gift multiple samples to people, probably only because I haven’t noticed it was out of stock until recently. Anyway, bring it back! I refuse to acknowledge that a vintage can get finished eventually…
