Description
Made from Naka material that would normally grow up to become raw puer, this white tea exhibits prominent florals (dare we say notes of rose) reminiscent of the original ’21 pressing.
This tea offers much of the similar depth and body as the raw puer from this region, but in the firm yet gentle form of a white tea. A mineral sweetness common to Naka sheng is present, along with a slight fruitiness, coupled with a pleasant texture and body to hold things down.
A strong tea at a stronger value, this is an excellent choice for immediate drinking and long term storage.

It feels like this tea is a mix between white and sheng puer. Super easy drinker.
// Smell: Strawberry candy, floral, cream, zesty, strawberry stem infusion, intense humid hay at the farm
// Texture: Hot spot on the tip of the tongue, medium texture that doesn’t last long, warm palate and cheeks
// Taste: Creamy strawberry candy, humid hay (like raw puer), herbaceous, wet rock, potpourri yet also fresh flowers, rose-flavoured floral water for the face
// Body sensation: Dry at the back of the mouth and on the palate, deep breaths, silence, constantly moving on my chair, desire for things to go faster

A fragrant, floral white tea that brings some of the punch and minerality of a Naka sheng puer. Aroma and tasting notes of honey, floral and malty sweetness, with a bit of hay in the middle. Notes of sweet and sourness of dried plums, as well as sherbet tanginess, appear intermittently. I would give this 4.5 stars if I could.

The best freaking tea I’ve ever had.
Smells amazing, very distinctive amazing character (ive come to realize Nakas teas are very bold), tastes amazing, feels amazing. You can oversteep the tea and its amazing, understeep the tea and its amazing. Also it has an amazing price. Tried the 25g version and immediatly tonged it.
In summary, the tea is amazing. Thanks guys.

A delightful white tea style Naka, I mean wow, the rose really shines through. The gentle floral notes blend perfectly with the berry (strawberry?) and stone fruit notes (plum/nectarine) I’ve come to learn to detect from certain sheng puer. Quite amazing to find a tea with such a distinct aroma with the body and depth to match. Easily a 4.5 star tea with the price factored in.

What I learned after three sessions with this tea is that it doesn’t like to be oversteeped as it will pick up some astringency and a general white tea taste that I couldn’t fully appreciate. Steeping it short with under boiling water, however, brings some nuances that define its character. The fruity and floral aspects get intertwined, albeit lacking a more clear picture of what they are. Rose does come to mind, mixed with some sort of berry element with a slight tart mouthfeel. After drinking I’m feeling this fresh, almost juicy mouthfeel as if I’ve finished drinking 5% juice box. It’s a decent and refreshing tea for warm days if not oversteeped.
